All EMAILS will be responded to within 48 business hours. If longer, please resend email.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

• All orders are processed in the order they are received. High volume in orders such as sales or holidays can cause an extra day in delays in processing and shipping time. Processing time is 1 to 2 business days, but can take 1 to 3 days if order volumes are high. Once processed, actual Shipping time is 2 to 4 days for USA. International Shipping is 7 to 14 days. Marie Barbie collection is not responsible for any custom fees with international packages. 

REFUNDS

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, Only store credit if we approve of the situation. Most products such as Eye Lashes are non-refundable or exchangeable due to sanitary reasons.
• MARIE BARBIE COLLECTION CLOTHING ITEMS ARE NONREFUNDABLE, NO EXCHANGES DUE TO SANITARY REASONS AS THESE ARE TIGHT FITTING CLOTHING PIECES SIMILAR TO LINGERIE.
• MARIE BARBIE HEADBAND ITEMS ARE NONREFUNDABLE, NO EXCHANGES. PLEASE READ DETAILS BEFORE PURCHASING.
• If you have any issues with your order please contact us, we are happy to resolve the issue. 

LOST AND RETURNED PACKAGES

• If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for a extra shipping fee in order for us to ship it again. MarieBarbie Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, You personally must contact the United States Postal Service @ (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. Once the package leaves our facility and it is with the mail carrier we are no longer responsible or liable. By placing your order, you acknowledge you have read our policy and that MarieBarbie Collection will not be held responsible for delayed packages or delivery issues by USPS.

Larger orders may be subject to confirmation VIA text or email before your order can be processed and shipped. All mink lashes can be worn up to 25 times with proper care.
